A. Control system
B. Ability to lead people.
• Many people feel that the most important are the products or services. This is not absolutely true.
• Millions of people can make a burger better than Mc. But only a Mc Donald. Donald who has a system that has provided billions of burgers.
• In my opinion there are 3 systems necessary to create a formidable company:
1. Human resource systems, including coaching, reward and punishmentnya.
2. The control system (control of cash flow, discipline control, financial control, administration, etc.).
3. Marketing system.

The system is a sequence of logical and generate employment.
To select the right people in my opinion there are 3 qualities needed, namely:
1. Passion
2. Integrity
3. Skill
