Vallar through its subsidiary, Vallar UK has completed the purchase of 25% of the issued shares in thecapital of PT Bumi Resurces Tbk (BUMI) on March 4,2011. Based on the transaction EARTH, Vallar UKhas received some 5.1 billion shares EARTH fromPT Bakrie & Brothers and Long Haul Holdings Ltd.
Under certain arrangements between Vallar andPearl, since the date of completion EARTH, Brau andits subsidiary for the purposes of accounting will beconsolidated with the consolidated group of companies Vallar.
