JAKARTA: Quarading Limited, a company based in Hong Kong,plans to release all its on chinaware producer and home appliances based in Surabaya, namely PT Kedawung SetiaIndustrial Tbk.
Director and Corporate Secretary Baroto kedawung Anton BudiSusatyo states Quarading company has 104 million shares, equivalent to 25.68%. "Quarading will pass ownership through thestock,"he told investors today.
Anton did not disclose the sale price and the reason for the stock.Today, prices are coded KDSI kedawung stock closed down2.04% to Rp240. Referring to the price, Quarading will reap Rp24,96 billion.
Quarading enter kedawung in 2007, a year after the companylisted on the Surabaya Stock Exchange. The financial statementskedawung ended December 31, 2010 calling the shares acquiredas a result of debt conversion Quarading kedawung.
Operating since 1973, now has expanded its kedawung by establishing PT Kedawung Setia Corrugated Carton BoxIndustrial. Son of the effort was producing cardboard boxes with acapacity of 15,000 tons per month, about 19% of the total national production. (spr)
