IPO Listya Tama PT Buana Tbk (BULL) reportedly traded on the black market (over the counter / OTC) at a price of Rp 200 pershare, or 29.03% higher than specified, Rp 155 per share.
"Black Bull market was USD 200,"said market participants whoknow the stock transaction BULL, in Jakarta on Monday(5/16/2011).
Offering a subsidiary of IPO shares Berlian Laju Tanker runs sinceMay 12, 2011 until Monday. Rationing is also done on May 19.
According to him, price earnings ratio (PER) Buana Listya Tamaat the level of 9.15 times, or discount from the determination ofPER industry with an average of 15 times.
By comparison PER parent business, BLTA, reached 16.34 times,the stock price of USD 200 on the black market are still below fairvalue. BULL own fair prices, with industrial PER pegged at Rp 270per share.
