JAKARTA - Medco Energi International Bond I Year 2004(MEDC01) with principal emissions of Rp1, 35 trillion, will expiretoday, Sunday, July 12, 2009.
This was revealed by the Head of Government SecuritiesExchange Listing Division Saptono Adi Junarsa, in his official statement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Jakarta,Sunday (07/12/2009).
"So, starting July 13, 2009, Medco Energi International Bond I Year2004 (MEDC01) are not registered and can not be traded againby the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and / or trades reportedthrough facilities provided by IDX," he said.
Repayment of principal or payment of bonds and bond interest willbe paid by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) asthe payment agent on behalf of the issuer in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement payment agent for the Noteholders through the account holder in accordance with the schedule of payment each one as it has been determined.
