JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) acquired all the shares inPT Xilin Enterprise Margabumi Adhikarya (mbar) as much as51.17%, equivalent to 78.5 million shares worth Rp75 billion.
The acquisition is in relation to the toll road projectGempol-Pandaan. Marga Services Company Secretary OkkeMarlina said, with the acquisition of shares Xilin, the ownership ofthe infrastructure company's shares rose red plate in mbar. "Thus, the share of Jasa Marga in mbar to reach 79.85 million shares or52.05%," he said in a statement in Jakarta yesterday.
He explained that the agreed price of shares worth Rp955.414 pershare, bringing the total of all transactions for the acquisition of shares in mbar Xilin reach Rp75 billion. (jerna)
