Jakarta - Bapepam-LK has given an effective statement on thePublic Offering (LPO) in order Publishing Preemptive Rights (ER)or a rights issue of PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) and PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Tbk (CFIN) weekend this.
This was conveyed by PKP Services Sector Bureau Chief, GonthorR. Azis in a written statement delivered to reporters in Jakarta, Saturday (23/09/2011).
"Bapepam-LK to the Effective Statement of PT Kawasan IndustriJababeka Tbk, the emissions of Rp 1.509 trillion. Also to PTClipan Finance Indonesia Tbk. LPO value V Clipan Rp 468.6billion," said Gonthor.
According to him, KIJA will use the proceeds from the sale of shares for acquisition of shares in PT Banten West Java Tourism Development (BWJ) and PT Tanjung Dimples Leisure Industry(TLLI), through the redemption of debt securities to be issued by the corporation in order to plan the acquisition of such shares BWJand TLLI . "For Advisor Jababeka, PT Danareksa," he added.
KIJA also has appointed Meadowood Capital Ltd. and GreenEmerald Investment Ltd.. as a standby purchaser for the transaction.
Meanwhile, Clipan PT Panin Finance subsidiary of the Group also held a rights issue. PUT fifth Clipan who have received effectiveconsent is worth Rp 468.6 billion.
"Plans to use funds to improve working capital in the consumer finance company (10%), leasing (60%), and factoring (30%)," saidGonthor.
Clipan initially targeting and Rp 585.7 billion from the rights issue.By issuing new shares as much as 1.17 billion shares, the price of Rp 500 and Rp 250 par value. Act as standby purchaser corporate actions are PT Evergreen Capital. If existing shareholders do notexecute his rights, threatened diluted 31.03%.
