JAKARTA - Indonesia Stock Exchange supervise and monitor the development of prices and trading activity of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG).
Supervision was done because an increase in prices and transaction activity out of the ordinary shares KPIG previous period (unusual market activity / UMA).
BEI Director Samsul Hidayat in the disclosure of information here on Friday said the BEI has requested confirmation of the companies listed on 19 September 2012.
He added that the bourse has announced the confirmation reply through stock exchange announcement on 21 September 2012. Moreover, recent information published on October 3, 2012 exchanges through stock exchange announcement concerning the public offering proceeds.
IDX expect investor attention to the answer of listed companies on the stock confirmation request and examine the performance of listed companies and information disclosure. (Tk / ant)
