JAKARTA, MAKE MONEY BLOG$ - During a visit to Australia last week, Trade Minister Gita Wirjawan expressed his appreciation to Australia, because the mangosteen products have gained market access into the country.

Minister Gita stressed that Indonesia is also interested in obtaining market access for mangoes and barking.

According to Gita, Indonesia and Australia have agreed to discuss these maasalah. Currently, the working group has been formed Cooperative Agriculture, Food and Forestry, Indonesia-Australia will meet in early December 2012.

During the meeting, Australian Trade Minister Craig Emerson, also asked for an explanation about the policy import of horticultural products, imports of beef and live cattle, as well as Indonesia's mining policy.

Before the bilateral meeting, also held dialogues Indonesia-Australia Business Partnership Group (BPG) involving the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and the Australian Chamber of Commerce and the Indonesia-Australia Business Council and the Australia-Indonesia Business Council.

BPG was formed in the second quarter of this year, conducting negotiations on the direction and scope of the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA).

"We agreed with the statement that CEPA BPG while we negotiated with Australia should not just FTA, in the conventional sense.
