JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Danareksa Persero plan to handle five companies that will do the IPO (Initial Public Offering / IPO) in 2013. Value reached Rp trillion.
"Next year we plan to handle five companies will IPO. Target funds more than Rp 2 trillion," said Director of Danareksa Edgar Ekaputra at his office on Tuesday (10/09/2012).
However, Edgar was reluctant to explain what the company hold an IPO in the next year. Just for the record, Danareksa appointed to handle the IPO of PT PLN Batam and PT Semen Baturaja. The plan, the two companies owned IPO would take place next year.
State Enterprises Minister Dahlan Iskan previously called PLN Batam expressed interest for an IPO next year. But until now, the plan is still hampered Baturaja Cement IPO status appointment of directors. "PLN Batam IPO can not be implemented in this year. I have not asked what the reason," said Dahlan.
