Top 25 Corporate Innovation Budgets ?

According to the Economics of Industrial Research & Innovation (IRI), one of the seven scientific institutes of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC), the following 25 multinational companies had the largest research and development budgets in 2009.  Keep in mind that this reflects TOTAL spending rather than spending as a percentage of revenues or profits.
