Morning Analysis: ADP Payroll Report, New Tweeting Rules

ADP is out with its monthly private sector payroll report. The company says there were 158,000 new non-farm jobs created in March.

The pair also talk about the S.E.C's decision to allow companies to post business updates on social media like Facebook and Twitter.
