JPMorgan Chase and Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino have announced that the 30th annual J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge will continue as scheduled on June 20.
The Challenge is one of the biggest races in Boston, and this year some 12,000 runners have registered for the 3.5-mile event. JPMorgan Chase will contribute all entry fees, which amount to over $500,000, to One Fund Boston, an organization established last week to give financial assistance to the families that were most impacted by the Boston Marathon bombings on April 15.

Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS): Current price $21.51
An internal memo obtained by Reuters, indicates that Morgan Stanley has made changes at the top of its investment banking division in Brazil. Eduardo Miras and Alessandro Zema, who are already senior Morgan Stanley executives there, will jointly succeed Marcelo Naigeborin co-heads of the investment banking operations in that country, according to the memo. Naigeborin will now lead Morgan Stanley’s investment banking business for all of South America, having joined Morgan Stanley in 2009.

Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC): Current price $37.33
The company’s Wells Fargo Insurance is expanding its International Specialty Group by setting up three new teams exclusively dedicated to serving the insurance and risk management needs of United States multinational firms. Based in Atlanta, New York City, and San Francisco, the International Specialty Group will conduct the placement, design, and implementation of compliant risk and benefit programs for companies operating on a worldwide basis. Beyond that, the group will oversee Wells Fargo Insurance’s current global network of in-country brokers from over 130 countries, including the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
