Trade Street Residential prices IPO at $10, below the range

Trade Street Residential, a self-managed REIT focused on apartment communities primarily in the southeastern US, raised $63 million by offering 6.3 million shares at $10, below the range of $11 to $13. Trade Street Residential plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol TSRE. Sandler O'Neill was the sole bookrunner on the deal.
