U.S. stocks ended firmer, Investors Expect Stimulus

MAKE MONEY BLOG $, Jakarta: At the close of trading on U.S. exchanges Wednesday (12/9) early this morning there was an increase which is quite good. Stock markets rallied after yesterday weaken.


The gains came amid speculation that the Fed will undertake stimulus to boost the U.S. economy. Shares of Alcoa Inc. and Caterpillar Inc. each increased at least 1.7%, pushing up among large cap stocks. Shares of Morgan Stanley rose 3.9% after it said it would buy the remaining joint venture company of Mitar Citigroup broker. Stock index S & P 500 seems to have increased by 0.3% early this morning and closed at 1433.56 points. The Dow Jones rose by 69.70 points (0.5%) and closed at 13323.36 points.

Analyst Research Vibiz of Vibiz Consulting estimates that the movement on Wall Street will likely have a condition that sideways. Asian stocks today will experience movement that tends to strengthen.
