Financial Institution license revoked six securities companies. After revocation, Bapepam prohibits the six companies that operate more effect in Indonesia capital market.
The six securities companies are PT TransAsia Securities, PT RBS Asia Securities Indonesia, PT Commonwealth Securities, PT Sarijaya Permana Securities, and PT Optima Kharya Capital Securities. RBS has two licensed as an underwriter and as a broker.
The Chairman said Ngalim Sawega revocation PT TransAsia Securities due has diverted the rights and obligations to PT TransAsia TransAsia Asset Management.
