MAKE MONEY BLOG$~JAKARTA. Shares of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) was streaked 6.12% today after the company announced plans to buy back bonds worth U $ 185 million.
TPIA is a subsidiary of Altus Capital Pte Ltd will make a cash buyback of bonds worth U.S. $ 185 million. Bonds have a coupon of 12.875% and maturing in 2015.
The bonds were issued by the TPIA and its affiliated companies, namely PT Styrindo Mono Indonesia and PT Petrokimia Butadiene Indonesia.
Altus Capital has appointed DBS Bank, Deutsche Bank and HSBC as joint dealer managers or organizers for the bond buyback offer ..
At the close of the stock exchange, shares of the largest petrochemical companies in Indonesia were trading up 4.08% to U.S. $ 2550 in the stock index which fell 0.46%.
