Jakarta - Two shareholders of PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAVA),Main Hadi Hadi Surya Surya and Dwijaya company has sold a total of 1.509 billion shares of Rp 520.709 billion pieces. Sharespurchased by PT Aji Melting Seketi 9.02% which is also the holder of shares of JAVA total issued and fully paid.
According to the Director of Finance Bambang S. JAVA Ibrahim,President and sale of shares to PT Aji Melting Dwijaya aims to simplify the ownership structure of the family Hadi Surya in JAVA.Hadi Surya family conglomerates in Indonesia including BerlianLaju Tanker owners.
"The sale of two people and one company into one company,making it easier for JA Wattie Tbk PT in the corporate action,"Bambang said in a written statement in Jakarta, Thursday(02/23/2012). Sales have taken place on 21 February.
After the transfer of shares, the shareholding families Hadi Suryahas 49% and control of the family Soedarjo fixed 21% of the totalpaid up capital and fully paid.
Thus the composition of corporate share ownership becomes:
Melt Aji PT Seketi by the number of 1.849596 billion shares worthRp 184.959 billion pieces
PT Sinar Abadi love with the amount of 792.684 million sharesworth Rp 79.26 billion pieces
Public by the number of shares, worth Rp 1,132,405,500 113.24billion pieces.
