,Jakarta - PT Ciptadana Securities will facilitate two prospectiveissuers to list shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange debut.Total emissions are both estimated to reach Rp 1.3 trillion.
This is expressed Ciptadana Sucirities Ferry Director TanjaBudimana after listing PT Minna Padi Investama in Jakarta,Monday (09/01/2012).
One no longer issuer immediately listings. Ciptadanaimmediately insert the document Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the IDX.
Issuer, the region engaged in the sectors of industry. Planspublicly released portion of shares reached 20%. Emission value of around Rp 300 billion.
"One in the near future will be our entry into IDX. Hopefully listingin March," he said. IPO proceeds, used for expansion of land expansion.
One other issuer, target emission value of Rp 1 trilin. This lastclient engaged in coal mining sector.
Ferri has not been able to ensure the certainty of these miningcompanies listing. He is still considering market conditions, as well as fluctuations in world coal prices.
"Probably the second semester. But it all depends on the market.If bad, could be delayed," he said.
"Its value is more than Rp 1 trillion. We will be holding a foreignunderwriter. The company is still doing Beaty contest," he added.
