Dahlan was previously instructed to be the company's two state-owned Corporation, which Waskita Karya and Pawnshop. "Just send a letter (to the pawnshop and Waskita). I've sent a letter, later returned. Its contents seek approval, we hereby request that we send a letter of approval," Dahlan said at the time.
