BEIJING. China's inflation slowed in the lowest level in 15 months.Today, the National Bureau of Statistics reported that consumer prices in December rose 4.1% over the previous year. Inflation rate is also slower than the previous month rose 4.2%.

BEIJING—China's official Purchasing Managers Index fell to 52.9 in April from 53.4 in March, likely assuaging concerns somewhat that overheating and inflation pressures will require further tightening measures by Chinese policymakers.
