Saudi Arabia Hands Down Mute World Oil Price Surge

Jakarta - Saudi Arabia has offered its key customers in the U.S., Europe and Asia extra oil supplies until the end of the year. It is a signal that the world's biggest oil exporter was worried about the impact of rising prices on the global economy.

Members of the G7 finance ministers last month called for the oil exporters to boost production. Saudi Arabia initially responded to the request with a relaxed, saying that the global supply and demand balance amount.

Bapepam Revoke Permit Six Securities Company

MAKE MONEY BLOG$, Jakarta - The Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institution license revoked six securities companies. After revocation, Bapepam prohibits the six companies that operate more effect in Indonesia capital market.
The six securities companies are PT TransAsia Securities, PT RBS Asia Securities Indonesia, PT Commonwealth Securities, PT Sarijaya Permana Securities, and PT Optima Kharya Capital Securities. RBS has two licensed as an underwriter and as a broker.
The Chairman said Ngalim Sawega revocation PT TransAsia Securities due has diverted the rights and obligations to PT TransAsia TransAsia Asset Management. "So we deemed it necessary to revoke the business license TransAsia as an investment manager," he said in the announcement Ngalim Bapepam, Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Revocation of business licenses come into force since 29 August.
RBS Securities Indonesia PT, formerly known as PT HG Asia Indonesia license has been revoked as an underwriter. Similarly, a business license RBS Securities Indonesia as a stockbroker formerly known as PT Inti Securindo Orientama. This was decided after the company doing general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on June 20, 2012. Bapepam ultimately revoke the business license of RBS Securities in Indonesia since August 7, 2012.
He said, the day prior to the effective revocation RBS Securities in Indonesia, Bapepam also revoke the business license of PT Commonwealth Securities. After that, the company is prohibited from conducting business as an intermediary trafficking in effect. The Company is also required to complete its obligations to the other party.
Of the six companies whose business license revoked, Sarijaya Permana Securities has the longest record of Bapepam. Sarijaya pulled down because of misappropriation of customer funds of Rp 300 billion. Bapepam also noted, Sarijaya no longer have a board of directors and employees to run the operations and administration offices.
Since 2009 until today, Sarijaya as investment manager no longer submit monthly activity reports. This contradicts with Bapepam-LK No. XNI Monthly Activity Reports Investment Manager. The company also did not submit a report NAWC (adjusted net working capital) for the period March 2012. "PT Sarijaya also no longer has funds under management, whether in the form of CIC Investment Fund and Fund Management Contracts," said Ngalim.
While other securities companies, namely PT Optima Kharya Capital Securities license has been revoked for not having clarity in business continuity. Conditions office is not equipped with the company's identity. While directors and commissioners are not in the office. "Optima also has no employees," he said.
PT Optima Kharya also fail to report adjusted net working capital (NAWC) in the period March to June 2012.
